A boutique, 16-resident private home, not a facility. Built by a granddaughter who knows firsthand what it means to watch someone you love deserve better.
“She deserved a home that felt like home, not a hallway that smelled like a hospital.”

The Reason Behind Everything
Built from love.
Designed with intention.
My grandmother had Alzheimer’s. As her condition progressed, she moved through a system built for volume, not dignity. Clean enough. Staffed enough. But she didn’t need “enough.” She needed to be known.
Tulsa Care Home exists because of her, named Laura Mae Living in her honor. This is the home I wish had existed. Boutique, beautiful, unhurried. A place where staff know your loved one’s favorite song, their coffee order, and the name of their childhood dog.
I’m Erica, a healthcare IT professional, licensed administrator, and lifelong Tulsan. I designed this from the ground up to be everything the standard wasn’t.

Most assisted living facilities cap residents in the dozens or hundreds. We cap at 16 – deliberately, permanently. This isin’t a starter facility. It’s the model
When a caregiver knows every resident by name, by preference, by rhythm, care becomes something different entirely. It becomes a relationship.
Care & Daily Life
Everything your loved oneneeds to flourish.
Bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance delivered with privacy and patience by caregivers who know your loved one as a person.
MAT-certified staff, real-time documentation through ALIS, and full medication records available to family members at any time.
Person-centered dementia care rooted in our founder’s own experience, honoring who your loved one is, not just where they are.
Home-cooked meals at shared tables, not trays in rooms. Mealtime is community time. Preferences and traditions always honored.
Programming built around who actually lives here music, movement, gardening, creative expression, and real community.
You’ll never have to wonder how your loved one is doing. We update you before you have to ask, consistently and honestly.
